SHIPPING – DELIVERY

Thank you for reaching out to us. We appreciate your interest in our products. Regarding the delivery process, we utilize a courier service of our choice to deliver products to the specified shipping address or a designated pickup point, as provided by the customer.

For home delivery, it is essential to ensure that the provided address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional charges may apply for redelivery to the correct address. Please note that we are unable to ship or deliver goods to P.O. boxes. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.


E-SHOP RETURNS or EXCHANGES

We kindly provide a 14-day window from the dispatch date of your order for any exchanges or returns to be made. Please find below the simple steps to follow:


STEP 1

Using the enclosed returns and exchanges form, please indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason, or your desired exchange size. 

If you are requesting a return, please indicate the reason for the return. This information is important because it will help us to improve - your opinion matters to us!

STEP 2

Insert the form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.

STEP 3

Finally, don't forget to put the ‘return label’ you received with your order to the bag or box and put our contact details outside. 

STEP 4

Take the parcel with the items you wish to exchange or return to:

Go to any of our stores in Cyprus (Limassol, Nicosia, Paphos) with the items and the purchase receipt, in paper or digital format.

the nearest courier or post office (the same service as for the original delivery)

Use any other delivery method but please ensure that your parcel will arrive within the exchange period (of 14 days from the day of receiving) to the following address:

If you choose to return items by post or courier, kindly note that the postage costs will be your responsibility.

We will process your return within 14 days, and provided that it meets the criteria of our company's 'Return Policy/Terms,' we will proceed with refunding the value of your products (using the same payment method as your original transaction), or alternatively, you can choose to receive a credit voucher for redemption on a future purchase.


EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a product(s) from your order, please proceed to return it to a physical En Oiko Dimiourgies store or by shipping it. 

In the case of shipping the product, we will process your return once we receive it and proceed with your reimbursement by refunding the purchase amount. (Please refer to the section: 'E-shop returns or exchanges'). 

If you wish to exchange for a different product, please either a) Continue with a return and make a new purchase of the desired product, or b) Visit a physical En Oiko Dimiourgies store and proceed with your exchange on-site with any other product from our store. 

Before proceeding with any return or exchange, we recommend that you review the 'return terms' section of our company."


ORDEN CANCELLATION

When you place your order through our e- shop (www.enoikodimiourgies.com), you have the option to cancel your order on the same day you placed it by sending an email to marketing@enoikodimiourgies.com or call on (+357) 25580869. 

Please be sure you have all the information of your order in the email or near you if you are contacting by phone.


REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days of the day of receiving your returned order or opt in to receive store credit for the refunded amount, which you can redeem on future purchases. 


RETURNS POLICY (CONDITIONS)

All items must be in their original condition, without been used or washed, and with tags (if there are) still attached, in their sealed packaging, as received.

We apologize, but we do not accept returns and exchanges for money from gift cards issued by our company, or bedding items with opened packaging (e.g., sheets, comforters, pillows, pillow covers and mattress protectors, etc.), as well as any product that has been altered/washed/used.

Items that you have personalised or special orders special orders (e.g., personalized rugs, cut fabrics, curtains, blinds, etc.), cannot be exchanged or returned because they are made exclusively for you. 

Clearance products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges and returns will be made in the same way used for the purchase. In the case of payment by credit card, it is essential to present the original proof of purchase and the receipt of the transaction.

Changes are made at the price of the product on the specific day of the change. 

Money refunds are only applicable for online purchases.

We will process the return of your online purchase within 14 days, provided it meets the criteria of our 'Returns Policy'. We will proceed with the refund of the product value (using the same payment method as your original transaction), or alternatively, you can choose to receive a credit voucher for redemption in a future purchase.
